We provide 48 Hours of free returns. Apna Design always cares for his customers not only before the purchase but even after your purchase also. At Apnadesign we allow easy refund/returns for the below mentioned issues: - 1. If the product delivered is different than listed on website. 2. If the product received in “damaged/defective/broken” condition. 3. If the product received with more than 3 days of delay as committed.
1. All the products must be returned in the original condition they were received in along with any bills and labels/tags still attached. Please inform our customer care department in the event any products are delivered without labels/tags. We provide 48 hours free returns so please register/submit your request within 48 Hours of receipt of the product. Request submitted after 48 Hours of delivery will not be entertained.
2. Products will be returned only if they are returned in their original packaging. Product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged.
3. All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface before wear.
4. Briefs, swimming costumes and bikini bottoms should be tried on over underwear ,without removing the protective adhesive strip. Returns may not be accepted if this strip has been removed or if product is soiled.
5. If you would like to exchange the product instead of refund, then in that case we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. In case its possible we will offer to repair faulty product. We had given our best efforts to display the colors of the products as accurately as possible in the website. However we can not guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be completely accurate.
6. Custom stitched products cannot be returned.
7. In case of bulk order i.e. if there are more than 5 products in an order then return and refund will not be possible.
8. Return policy will not be valid for products which have been mentioned ads Non-refundable by the Seller in the website. This will be clearly mentioned in the Product description page.
You need to register your request by sending an email to email@example.com with images of broken/defective/damaged products within 48 Hours of delivery. We need photos of the damaged/defective/broken products received so that we can initiate the return/refund process after verification from relevant seller. Please mention your order number and order details in the email. After the seller reviews your return request, you will receive an email with instructions on resolution or return of your product. Please allow the seller 3 days to respond to your return request and provide instructions on returning of your product. Kindly make sure at the time of returning that the product is carefully packaged so as to avoid any form of damage.
We will initiate the refund process once your product is received at our center or in our sellers center. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will credit the amount back to you with in 7-10 working days(It doesn’t include Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays).It may also take additional 1-7 days for the amount to reflect in your credit/Debit/Wallet/Bank account based on your Bank’s policies and processes.
Returns are free of cost. But the COD charges , Shipping and Handling charges collected will not be eligible for refund. For Domestic orders once a return request is confirmed we will arrange the pick up of your product from your address through our courier partner.
